Professor Mushanga is the author of several books which include; Criminology in Africa, Crime and Deviance, An Introduction to Criminology, Criminal Homicide in Uganda, Dictionary of Criminology, Dictionary of Runyankole Rukiga, Slavery and Colonialism: two evils for which Africans should demand Reparation, Homicide and its Social Causes, My Life and Work (forthcoming). Currently Mwene Mushanga is working as Deputy Vice Chancellor of Ankole Western University Project at Kabwohe and as the Presidential Advisor on Foreign Affairs.
